      We, the members of the E.A.B.I.C. Church of Salvation, take this opportunity to send Our love and salutations to the world of people; not the love of the world, but the love of Jes-us the Black Christ in Flesh.

      Our Congress was started at 54b Spanish Town Road, on the 1st of March 1958, by Our Worthy, Founder, Leader, Preseident, God and King the Most Right Honourable King Emmanuel Charles Edwards, the Black Moses the lord's Servant.

      This Man send and come to gather all Ethiopian slave children in the Diaspora to return to Our original vine and fig tree. Ethiopia Afreeka: for the Afreekans.

      Our aims and objectives are Freedom, Redemption and International Repatriation to redeem the Motherland of ethiopia ( which expression embraces the entire continent of Africa ) and Black people in the diaspora and everywhere Universially to Righteousness, InI serve and direct operation of the Black Congress in the achievement of those aims and objectives.

      We are a people above all organization; We stand Governmental, Parliamental, Churchical, Statecal and Sabbathical, formerly located at 54b Spanish Town Road, Kingston now located at 10 miles Bull Bay P.O. St Andrew, Jamaica.

     Our banners are the Red, Gold and Green and the Red, Black and Green ( horizontal bars with Red up stand ), with the " R " symbol, Black five point star and Lion symbol from creation birth. InI are agitating for 7,9 or 13 miles of high water ship. InI are calling for a full freedom to return to Our birth-land Ethiopia, through United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, Act 1, 15-30 etc.

     God and history has recorded that the Black house of Israelites were taken brutally by force from Our heavenly home Black Ethiopia. the pope of Rome did confirm this by asking forgiveness for his people for the slave trade. This happened to Us through Our disobedience to our true and living God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Jah Rastafari ( Dueteronomy 28 ).

     Because of this we lost Our homeland, Our culture, our language, Our traditional garments, so InI give thanks a million times for Our Blessed Comforter, who come to bring back all things to our rememberance, and turn the hearts of the children unto the father and the heart of the Father unto the children.

     Through the brutality of tghe slave trade and them giving Us wrong for Right and Right for wrong We loss rememberance. Our Congress was formed to REVIVE and RESTORE and finally PRESERVE Our ancient Melchesidec Priesthood Order, which stands for a Natural Right.

     All Praises, all Honour and Glory to Our God in three persons, Hon. Prophet Marcus Garvey, Hon. Priest Jes-us Emmanuel and His Divine Majesty King Selassie I Emperor of Ethiopia.

The Convention of 1958 was broken up by the government of that day.

                                Our father king Emmanuel has not voted in this country until this day, instead  He founded this Congress, the Ethiopia Africa Black International Congress Church of Salvation, to lead and teach the people forward under Our Own Vine and Fig Tree through International Repatriation.

                                Our banners are the Red Gold and Green and the Red Black and Green, the Black five point star, the R symbol, Crown Head and Lion symbol. The Covenant for the Black House of Israelites at Home and Abroad universally is the Rainbow Covenant of the Red Gold and Green, the Red Black and Green ( Red on top ) with Black five point star, the R symbol, Crown Head and Lion symbol. Red is for the Blood of the Black Ethiopian Nation; Gold is for the Black Golden Nation. Green is for the Green fields of the Black Nation Black Ethiopia, Black Africa, Black is for the Black Ethiopian Israelites. This is the Covenant for the Black Man and Woman, the true Gods and Goddessess of the Earth. These emblems are our emblems. We demand these emblems to rise four wings of the Earth on every flag pole Governmentally and Parliamentally. These emblems to take their rightful position in the Earth through the voice of I, King  Emmanuel and the Saints and Archangels of the most High demand this to be done universally and internationally by the head of the United Nations general Assembly.

                                All ruling powers of the World and all World Heads of Government such as britain, America, russia, Canada, New Zealand, France, Cuba, China and also this jamaica Government, the Prime Minister and deputy Prime Minister, also Head of state Queen Elizabeth II fulfil the right of Freedom, Redemption and International Repatriation, to return us back to Black Africa to our Nationality, our Homeland of Black Ethiopia, Black Africa. Seven or nine miles of Black Starliner to fulfil this cause; FREE WATER WAY.

                                 When His Majesty came here in 1966, He met our Leader at Kings house and the Principle of Repatriation was accepted by His majesty, Emperor Haile Selassie I Jah Rastafari.

                                 Our Camp was again destroyed by the police in 1969 by Inspector Joe Williams. Our members were scattered all over. We moved around until we arrived at our present address at 10 miles, Bull Bay, St. Andrew, jamaica, W.I.

                                 We are fulfilling the Honorable  Marcus Mosiah Garvey's Prophecy saying, " Ten miles out of the bloody city, when you see the Man of R come, drop X and the R-Man will lead you home".

                                 I now call on Her Majesty with Her Royal Parliament to search the archives of Britain and bring up the Rights of King emmanuel and His People. The Right which should have been given since 1834, 1st of August.

                                 It was Queen Victoria and her allies who tricked Us and took us out of Africa, and it is only Right for them to take us back in.

                                 In May 31st. 1994, Our father laid down His Holy Temple. Before leaving He set all things in Order. He left a 14- Man Committee to see to all administration of the Church and the government; also a 33- Man Parliament representing the people. He also outlined a 4-point plan to the government of Jamaica to bring about a fundamental background of this reality.

                                 We call on the Government for 7,9 or 13 miles of high-water ships to Repatriate us home. We also call on Her Majesty to assist in the endeavouring Justice. she should also assist in providing Ships for those of us who want to be transported Home.

                                  What the father want from Black people is to build our unity to one unity for the love of God. So let us come to one people. It is the People who must say, " We want to go Home ".

                                  Our Church stand to land man under his own vine and fig tree. One thing last forever and that is Salvation, and only one Salvation stand and that is the Black Christ salvation.

                                  Black Supremacy and His Commandments teach us love, and love hang all laws and Prophets commands on the face of the Earth. The Black Christ church of Salvation is the True Church of Divine salvation which teaches us that Man of Right is God, and men of wrong is Satan in flesh.

                                  The white men is a god for himself, the China man is a god for himself and the Indian is a god for himself, but the Black god is the first and last God. The Black Royalty is the  first royalty.

                                  The Black Christ teaches us to look into ourselves and not out of ourselves; because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.

                                   All leaders that came before the Black Christ were liars and thieves ( Barabas ). All we are asking the relevant Authorities for is the Universal right to return to Our desired heaven, the Heaven of choice, Ethiopia-Africa; the same heaven that the white Monarch-Queen victoria took us from

                                  Where is the twenty million pound sterling that was granted to the slave children in 1834? Parmount Importance! Repatriation with Compensation!!!!!!!

InI the Creation Rasses, JAH Royal Sons and Daughters, Gods and Goddesses of the Earth, Earths rightful rulers, under the leadership of our Right Honorable King Emmanuel Charles Edwards, President, God and King of the Royal Ethiopian African Black International Congress, situated at Mt. Teman Hill 10 Miles, Bull Bay are here to bring the earth forward to its right and natural state.

We the creational Rasses of the Earth, reincarnate desendants of African slave children brought here during the triangular Trade in the 17th century, taking us from the shores of Ethiopia, down here to Jamaica land then to various parts of Europe have now come to reclaim our rights and take our governmental stands within the hemisphere and above all forms of government as the Earths rightful rulers.

We have now come to take what is ours from creation, to break the bonds of oppression and set the captives free, to break down spiritual wickedness in high and low places through the voice of the I AM - the I AM (Father Moses). All those who are of a clear understanding should be able to recall the little that was taught to us by our slave masters and this colonial world. Prophecy and History books have made it evident that Africa (Aethiopia) The land of sun-burnt faces, the land of Black people, "cradle of humanity" is the first nation upon the face of the Earth.

If we look within reasoning, science have even told us that the most ancient of skull found by anthropologist, dating back to the first man, was found within the continent of Africa. Therefore if even the scientists who refuse to admit the fact that there is a God and the Black nation is the first and from us came all other races, by his own reasoning is clearly pointing out that africa is the land of the creation. By his discovery of the skull and its location, he relates to the fact that the first man is a Black man, thus denoting the first nation. No matter how they try to hide it, can an Ethiopian change his skin or a leopard his spots? NO!

Our History did not begin during slavery when we were taken away from our homeland in ships and sold as slaughter to our white oppressors here in the west.

 

What happened before that? What happened before the times when we grazed our Grandeur Civilization upon the shores of Africa, and studied the constallation of the stars? The Rt. Hon. Marcus Mosiah Garvey asks " where is  his King and his Kingdom? Where is his President his Country, his Embassadors, his army, his navy, and man of big affairs? Slavery did not teach us about them but only to dislike and dishonor ourselves.

However many folks have put forth the question that if the Black nation is the first and therefore the most powerful, once being rulers of the earth, gods and Goddesses, how could a handful of whites take such a multitude into captivity? and to be truthful it seems almost impossible. However our Bible, a history book within itself shows us in Duetronomy 32 vs 29-30

"O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end. How should one chase a thousand and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them and and the Lord had shut them up?"

The Bible, Black man history book that was taken away when we were brought into slavery, as a direct sabotage against the Black Nation (Israel), so as to seperate us from our history and prevent us from identifying with our true selves. Despite such treacherous acts, Prophecy and History had to be fulfilled. "And when the Lord saw it, he adhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons and his daughters". (Duet. 32 vs. 19). Why then is this people of Jerusalem slidden back by a perpetual backsliding? they hold fast deceit, they refuse to return".(Jeremiah 8 vs. 5). " I will heap mischief upon them. I will send mine arrows upon them". Duet. 32 vs. 23.  " I said I would scatter them into corners, I would make the rememberance of them to cease from among men". (Duet. 32 vs. 26). We could no longer remember our worth and wealth as a people, our lineage and from whence we came.
